Praximations provides an AI operating partner ("Praxi") and related features. We may update, add, or remove features over time.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, keeping your credentials secure, and all activity that occurs under it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it unlawfully, or use it to violate the rights of others.
5. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing in effect when you subscribe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the data and content you provide. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service on your behalf.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Praxi assists with your business; you remain responsible for your decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praximations is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
